Welcome back to our weekly Learning Kid Linkup! We are so glad you are here! This past week my kids came down with the first bad cold of the year, so I wasn’t able to do much of what I planned. However, it gave me some time to think and I decided to run a nesting doll giveaway to thank you all for being here. This is something I wanted to do ever since my blog turned six months old in September. My kids love playing with nesting dolls. They are cute and great for learning how to count. If you would like to be included in a drawing all you have to do is leave a comment here and since it’s hard to come up with a comment out of nowhere, I suggest you comment with your favorite fall activity. The giveaway dolls are pictured in the photo below.
And now to the linkup!
The featured post this week is A Simple Way to Teach Preschool Science from Dear Homeschooler. When I just started teaching my kids science I had no idea how to do it well or where to turn for inspiration. Jennifer has some great ideas and if you are looking for ways to have more fun with your kids definitely check Dear Homeschooler website.
